Soleil, Layla, Jess, Lara:
Initial appointments, 60 minutes: $75.
Individual, couples, or family therapy sessions, 50 minutes: $75
Scholarship rates of $30 and $50 are available; please inquire.
Our team is In-Network with Molina Apple Health (Medicaid) network.
For couples therapy, we see the ‘relationship’ unit as the client. Since the current medical insurance system recognizes individuals as the main member unit (and there being no way to have couples/families as a member unit), we do not bill insurance for couples therapy. All couples therapy services are private pay only.
Jenny:
Initial appointments, 60 minutes: $250.
Individual or couples, 50 minutes: $225
Individual or couples, 80 minutes: $300
Third-Party Reproduction Psychoeducational Consultations: $500, includes 1.5-2 hour meeting and report preparation.
Jenny is in network with Premera, Lifewise, and Molina Insurance Networks. For all other plans, she can offer ‘superbills’ which are an itemized receipt (*that includes health information) which you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.

We will review your completed intake paperwork, and our policies, then being by getting to know your history as well as goals for therapy.
Because we work holistically and comprehensively, an overall assessment takes several sessions. For individuals, please allow 1-3 sessions. For couples, it takes 3-5; usually an initial session together, then 1:1 with each person in the relationship, and another 1 to 2 couples sessions.
-
The answer that’s honest but likely unhelpful: It depends.
Sometimes, I see clients for several months to several years. Other clients may only require 4-8 sessions to experience change in their lives.
For all third-party reproduction services, these are typically 1 to 2 appointments only, as they are psychoeducational consultations and not traditional therapy.

All communication to your therapist should occur in the secure TherapyAppointment portal. Log into your client portal by clicking on this link: https://portal.therapyappointment.com/index.cfm/public:auth?fw1pk=1
Client portals not accessed within 6 months will prevent you from logging in, as a security measure. If you are locked out of your portal, please email info@seachangetherapy.co and we will re-enable your portal access.
You may call 206-705-3060 and listen to all options, to be connected to your therapists' secure direct line and voicemail.
