Seattle perinatal female therapist in West Seattle

I believe that small steps can lead to big transformations.

Feeling uncertain or overwhelmed? Wondering how you can care for others so well, but not for yourself? You may even be in the midst of your own major life transition and are struggling with feelings of stress, anxiety, or depression, Maybe you are searching for someone to talk to, to feel understood and supported. I want you to know you don’t have to do this alone. I’m here to offer support, understanding, and a safe space to work through it all. Life has a way of throwing unexpected challenges our way, and I'm so glad you're here.

I’m here to offer a warm, caring space where you can be open, vulnerable, and truly seen. We’ll explore what’s working and what might be standing in the way of your wellbeing. No matter where you’re starting from, I’m here to support you with empathy, understanding, and guidance as you move toward healing and growth.

My background & approach

I take a flexible, integrative approach in our work together, drawing from different therapeutic styles—like attachment and narrative therapy. I’m here to listen to your story and help you uncover the insights and strengths that will guide you toward healing and growth. We’ll explore your past and current experiences, helping you to reconnect with yourself.

I hold a Masters of Education, a Bachelors of Arts in History, and a Bachelors of Arts in Human Development with an emphasis in sociology and psychology from Washington State University. Prior to becoming a therapist I worked with both adults and children as a coach and educator.

I am currently completing my Masters of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Antioch University Seattle.
