Lara Isaac

Clinical Intern Therapist

I believe that even the smallest light can guide you home in the midst of the darkness.

Whether you’re struggling with communication issues, feeling disconnected, or dealing with past trauma, I offer a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where we can explore your concerns, improve communication, and strengthen relationships, while we foster practical strategies for change.

I aim to empower you with the tools and insight you need to heal, grow, and create healthier, more fulfilling relationships with yourself and others around you.

My background & approach

As your therapist, I am empathetic, genuine, and transparent. I am passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges and find healing.

I completed my undergraduate degree in Clinical Psychology at Seattle Pacific University. Prior to becoming a therapist, I worked with teenagers and adolescents as a Certified Behavioral Therapist.

I am currently completing my Masters of Marriage & Family Therapy at Seattle Pacific University, as well as in Medical Family Therapy.

I like to spend my free time traveling, going to country concerts, baking and reading.
